So I recently just got my new copy of Borderlands from Amazon. So I'm all happy, use the offline manual activation program, it works, then I try to install my game. It gets to zero, then a message pops up saying that it can't connect to the internet. BORDERLANDS OFFLINE INSTALLATION. Important note: These steps have to be performed **before** installing Borderlands. Download and extract this file. Run the BordelandsOfflineInstaller.exe. Click the “Select” button and save the “ActivationRequest.dfa” file to your PC.
